The Vaud Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CVCI) brings together nearly [number] companies, representing one-third of private sector jobs in the Canton. As a private law entity, it derives its resources from its members' contributions, the sale of services, and various [activities]. The CVCI is particularly active in social security funds, legal services, economic analysis, professional training, networking, as well as support for businesses and SMEs. With a view to ensuring the development and sustainability of services for member companies, the CVCI is looking for its social security funds:Family Allowance Administrator at 80%Function MissionProvide the [services] entrusted (in family allowances) while respecting the legal framework they imply, in order to satisfy clients.Task Description- Ensure the follow-up of [files] of the family allowance service, in compliance with the applicable legal framework and according to the [instructions] received;- Constitute and manage beneficiary files;- Decide on the granting, suspension, or refusal of [benefits] as well as the establishment of restitution decisions, based on federal [legislation], current directives, and cantonal regimes;- Manage litigation from the requisition of prosecution to full payment or until the processing of the certificate of insolvency;- Propose draft decisions in response to oppositions related to [benefits] in the software;- Scan and process incoming mail;- Prepare family allowance payments (at least [number] per month);- Welcome and inform beneficiaries at the counter;- Answer telephone calls for the family allowance fund;- Inform and advise member companies;- Manage member [data];- Process notifications of family allowance grants to be transmitted to the central register;- Ensure the folding and sending of mail;- Regularly update internal procedures (workflows);- Perform daily tasks according to the schedule;- Keep informed of legal developments that may impact the service's activity;- Perform necessary tests during software updates;- Actively participate in the life of the service by proposing [topics] to be discussed as a team during meetings.Required profile for the position- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in commerce or equivalent;- 3 years of experience in the management of family allowances;- Ability to work in a team as [well as independently];- Ability to manage several files in parallel and aptitude for multitasking;- Mastery of common office tools;- Mastery of French;- Knowledge of German and Italian, an [asset];- Ease with [digital tools].Start date: beginning of August or to be agreed upon.Applications not responding precisely to the criteria above will not be [considered].Contact: send your complete file and salary expectations (cover letter, CV) by email [by July 3]. jid32bda15aen jit0626aen jpiy26aen
