FER CIAM – Family Allowance Administrator – Digital Business Reference to strengthen its department. FER CIAM is an interprofessional OASI fund of the Federation of Romandy Enterprises, FER Geneva. It is part of a set of services offered to member companies of FER Geneva. It participates, among other tasks, in family allowance funds of the Federation of Romandy Enterprises Geneva and in collective labor agreements.Family Allowance AdministratorGeneva | To be agreed | As soon as possibleYour role at the heart of our missionYou support our beneficiaries with kindness and professionalism. You manage your files with complete autonomy, relying on the legal and regulatory frameworks in force, and actively contribute to a quality service, in a spirit of collaboration and responsibility.Tasks and responsibilitiesFile management- Processing, calculation, and decision-making on family allowance applications- Management of family allowance files in accordance with federal, cantonal laws, and European regulations in force- Establishment of restitution decisions for unduly paid benefitsDigital business reference- Participate in the drafting of support materials and support colleagues- Contribute to the updating of procedures, job descriptions, and tests- Be a business point of contact post-production and for the deployment of client & partner versionsSupport for beneficiaries, in collaboration with public and private institutions- Active collaboration with other FER CIAM services- Professional telephone reception according to FER Geneva quality standards- Handling of current correspondence in compliance with legal deadlinesYour profile and experience- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in commerce or equivalent recognized qualification- Solid experience in analysis and file management- Very good knowledge of Swiss social insurance- Technical skills- Excellent command of French, oral and written- Good knowledge of German (B2 level is an asset)- Writing skills and attention to detail- Marked appetite for digital tools and environments and/or interest in testing phases and tool deploymentPersonal skills- Dynamism, rigor, responsiveness, and flexibility in the service of an open spirit- Excellent sense of service and human contact, with a real capacity for listening and confirmed ease in conducting telephone interviews- Effective management of priorities and adaptability to a variable workload- Autonomy, rigor, and team spirit- Ability to position oneself as a bridge between business and IT- Ease in managing priorities and deadlines- Valid Swiss work permit requiredWhat we offer you- A stimulating work environment within the largest interprofessional OASI fund in Switzerland- Employment conditions with competitive social benefits- Flexible working time management, promoting work-life balance- Offices ideally located in the heart of GenevaReady to join us?Apply now by clicking on the Apply button.
