What you will accomplish

• Coordinate Facility Management services and ensure smooth operation
• Effectively allocate activities between internal teams and external providers
• Guarantee service quality and monitor performance indicators
• Implement corrective and optimisation measures for operations
• Tendering and contract conclusion and monitoring of providers
• Check and validate invoices according to defined competencies
• Contribute to budget planning
• Ensure good information flow and reporting
• Participate in meetings and various projects related to the field of activity

What you bring

• Education: Federal diploma
• Specialisation: Advanced diploma in Facility Management or equivalent HES training
• Professional experience: Proven experience in a coordination or operational role in Facility Management, installation services or real estate
• Team spirit and collaboration
• Work in a structured, precise and trustworthy manner
• Resilient and organised
• Proactive, solution-oriented and sensitive to the importance of partnership with all stakeholders
• Experience in team leadership
• Good understanding of building and construction techniques
• Driving licence
• French (B1)
• German (A2)
