As FSM, you lead supervisors and employees, are the primary contact person for clients, and ensure that our services are provided at the highest level. You are responsible for quality assurance as well as costs and budgets.Main tasks:- You are the central hub for our operations and actively support the Facility Services Manager (FSM) and managers.- You plan, coordinate, and accompany projects in the facility area and ensure timely, efficient implementation.- You take on versatile tasks and ensure structured processes in the facility area.- You are the contact person for property managers, clients, and external partners and coordinate appointments, regular meetings, and ongoing communication.- You check, process, and invoice expenses (including accounts payable) and manage reports, flat rates, and support with employee administration as well as training, meetings, and internal events.Your profile:- Completed commercial basic training.- Several years of professional experience in a similar function, preferably in the real estate environment.- Distinct organizational skills with a structured, independent, and reliable way of working.- High team orientation and a confident demeanor towards clients and partners.- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good English language skills.- Very good MS Office skills and enjoyment of working with various IT systems.- Driver's license category B.Ready for us?
