L éorén is a regional school multisite group bringing together six Neuchâtel municipalities and organized into five school centers. The general secretariat of L éorén is at the service of political authorities; it is also in charge of transversal areas, namely human resources, finances, and infrastructure. To complete our dynamic team, we are looking for a:Intendant at 100%Your activities:- Ensure responsibility for the janitorial sector and supervise a team of 12. In this capacity, you plan and coordinate maintenance activities, manage replacements, human resources, external contractors, as well as orders for products, materials, and maintenance equipment.- Plan, coordinate, and steer moving and relocation projects for school colleges, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and user needs.- Manage acquisition procedures for furniture, equipment, and supplies in compliance with rules applicable to public procurement. Organize and monitor calls for tenders, ensure contract management, and oversee inventory tracking.- Identify, plan, and coordinate maintenance, renovation, and repair work for school buildings in collaboration with municipal services and relevant partners.- Ensure the management and proper functioning of school and sports infrastructure at the Mail site (classrooms, sports halls, and swimming pool), particularly in terms of safety, technical aspects, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as monitoring renovation and sanitation work.- Ensure the interface between the users of the Mail college, the establishment management, and the site stakeholders (mainly the Technical Department) within the framework of the college renovation project.- Develop, monitor, and control operating and investment budgets related to your field of activity.- Advise and support the management of the five school centers in the management of infrastructure and supplies while collaborating closely with teaching teams to identify and meet their needs.Profile:- Holder of a CFC in the field of building technology, construction, or a qualification deemed equivalent.- Higher education ideally supplemented by a Federal Certificate of Janitor, a Federal Certificate of Maintenance, a Federal Diploma, a HES Bachelor in Facility Management, or a Foreman Diploma.- Confirmed experience of several years in the management of complex infrastructure, project management, construction sites, and budget management.- Proven experience in team supervision and the management of external contractors.- Excellent organizational and priority management skills.- Mastery of building maintenance processes and technical installations.- Excellent communication skills, sense of public service, and ability to collaborate with varied stakeholders.- Mastery of Microsoft 365 tools and ease with management software.- Availability and schedule flexibility to meet the requirements of infrastructure operation and needs related to projects.We offer you:- A dynamic work environment in direct line with the general secretary and center management.- A varied professional activity in constant evolution.- Annualized working hours.- Salary and social conditions according to the scale.Start date: November 2If you wish to take up this challenge, please apply online by attaching your complete file (cover letter, CV, diplomas, work certificates, and criminal record extract), until Sunday, June 28. jid6c7669aaen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
