-CFC diploma as a Facilities Manager (GEI), mandatory

• Maintain the common and private areas (rooms) of the care home daily, respecting hygiene, safety standards and institutional guidelines.
• Ensure the application of proper work techniques, cleaning and maintenance plans for the comfort, satisfaction and safety of residents.
• Manage the laundry circuit and laundry tasks.
• Manage the cafeteria: welcome, serve residents and their relatives throughout the day, handle payments..
• Participate in meal service and distribution.
