You enjoy working in a team to find solutions, you are well organised and have a sense of communication? You provide flexible and reliable support to the Finance/Sales/People & Culture/Communication teams, always keeping the essentials in mind. Your motivation is to simplify processes and support your colleagues, so that we can celebrate our successes together. For collaboration with your colleagues, it is important that you spend at least 50% of your working time in the office in this role.
What awaits you
- Preparation and monitoring of offers for various mandates
- Invoice proposals and documentation
- Updating the database (clients/locations/objects)
- Supplier orders and annual EBN
- Management of supplier invoices
- Responsible for client documentation and team meetings
- Coordination of communication Teams/OM/FSM Planning Time and validation of hours, control of hour targets
- Organisation of holiday and sickness replacements
- Monitoring team training (onboarding) and organising missing sessions
- Supply of uniforms
- Control of compliance with procedures by our employees (quality controls)
- Branch logistics
What you bring
- Diploma or commercial apprenticeship and/or further training in the administrative field
- Several years of proven experience in a similar position in the service sector
- Native French speaker, perfect knowledge of English and German is an asset
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
- Very good spelling and writing skills
- Comfort with numbers
- Service orientation and team spirit
