In this exciting role, you will take responsibility for all facility services at our location and actively contribute to a modern, safe, and efficient work environment.Main tasks:- You support in services, e.g., with access and key systems, building services, housekeeping, relocations, as well as furnishing, and help with various service and work processes, working with internal and external partners.- You take on simple tasks in cost and budget management and support with daily tasks.- You assist in the planning and execution of events - from small meetings to larger events.- You implement requirements from Health & Safety.- You assist in the coordination of external service providers.- You are prepared to take on on-call duties to provide flexible support in the event of malfunctions or emergencies.Your profile:- Technical know-how as well as commercial experience are mandatory, based on a technical or commercial basic training or equivalent experience.- Good written and spoken German skills; English is an advantage.- Reliability as well as confident handling of MS Office; CAD knowledge is an advantage.- Flexibility regarding the place of work, also to support other locations in the region.- Additionally, you need a valid driver's license.- Customer-oriented, confident demeanor and enjoyment in dealing with different people.Why us?
