Your tasks: - Management and monitoring of technical maintenance - Meter readings and follow-up on activities and supervision of teams - Monitoring client requests and tickets - Various concierge tasks (cleaning/waste management) - Management and support of subcontractors - On-call technical support if needed Your profile: - Professional Certificate of Agent or an equivalent title - Several years of experience in a similar position - Proficiency in French - Good knowledge of driving tools and proactive - Organized and able to prioritize - Service-oriented Ready for us?
