Your Tasks
- Maintaining constant customer contact and acting as a contact person for technical questions
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the properties
- Conducting inspection rounds and minor repairs
- Maintenance and upkeep of indoor and outdoor facilities
- Supervision of technical systems (heating, ventilation, sanitation)
- Coordination and accompaniment of external service providers
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in a craft with experience in janitorial services or qualification as a Facility Maintenance Specialist with a Federal VET Diploma and/or as a janitor with a federal certificate of competence
- Assertiveness as well as good communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Independent and reliable working style
- Technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Friendly demeanour and service orientation
- Very good German skills as well as good user knowledge of MS Office
- Driving licence category B
