Description
For a medium-sized trust company with 10 employees in Bern, we are looking for an experienced trust specialist.
Your Tasks
- Managing client accounting (general and subsidiary ledgers)
- Preparation of financial statements according to OR (annual, semi-annual, quarterly and monthly statements)
- Preparation of tax returns n+j
- Preparation of VAT returns (actual and flat-rate)
- Annual reconciliations
- External interim mandates on site at the client
- Payroll processing including social security declarations
- General administrative tasks
Our Requirements
For this exciting and varied role, you need several years of trust experience and further training as a trustee or specialist in finance and accounting. You are accustomed to working independently and also enjoy working directly on site with clients. We are looking for a competent specialist with an efficient, precise and responsible working style and a confident and well-groomed appearance.
