As part of our development, we are looking for an experienced Facade Team Leader, specialized in facade work, as well as an already established EWI (External Wall Insulation) Facade team.Your missions:- Supervise and organize a team on site- Prepare surfaces- Carry out installation work (new construction and renovation)- Installation of insulation boards- Installation of corner beads- Mesh embedding- Finishing plaster- Guarantee quality, deadlines, and safetyYour profile:- Confirmed experience in EWI (External Wall Insulation)- Mastery of techniques related to EWI- Experience in team management is essential- Autonomy, rigor, and sense of responsibility- Do you already have a team?
