Solstis is the reference in French-speaking Switzerland for the installation of photovoltaic systems for individuals and businesses. With over 30 years of experience in solar photovoltaics, Solstis has completed the largest solar power plants in French-speaking Switzerland while meeting the growing demand from individuals for domestic solar systems.

To complement our customer advisory staff and further support our leading position in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for:

External Sales Advisor / Private Customer Advisor Photovoltaic Solar Installations (M/F)

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for finding and developing high-potential business and will be tasked with marketing our products and technical solutions primarily in the cantons of Vaud and Geneva.

YOUR ROLE

• You ensure commercial prospecting work mainly with private customers.
• In a rapidly evolving market context, you know how to listen to opportunities and identify contacts with real potential.
• You handle the analysis and processing of customer requests from a technical perspective and determine the characteristics of the photovoltaic system in order to price the solution and draft the commercial offer.
• You conduct negotiations with prospects until the sale is concluded, including drafting and signing the contract.
• You also provide advice to your customers during and after the completion of the project; while keeping your management informed of the progress of your projects through regular reporting.
• You participate in trade fairs and events organised by or involving the company. A qualified team will support you with technical, marketing, and administrative aspects.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed an apprenticeship in the construction field and/or have equivalent professional experience.
• You also have proven experience in external sales.
• Ideally, you have experience in the solar sector.
• As a native French speaker, you have strong local roots.
• You have a passion for renewable energies.
• Persuasive, you have demonstrated in a previous commercial experience in the photovoltaic or similar sector your ability to build strong relationships with your clients.
