Main Role

  • Define and execute Laurastar’s export sales strategy in alignment with global objectives.
  • Develop strong, long-term partnerships with distributors and key partners to drive sales growth and brand visibility.
  • Oversee market development, negotiate annual budgets, and ensure sales target achievement.
  • Implement marketing and communication plans while maintaining Laurastar’s premium brand image across all channels and markets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and performance data to inform business decisions and optimize strategy.
  • Collaborate internally with key departments (Marketing, Finance, Operations) and support events and product launches.
  • Active participation to internal Sales meetings

Technical Competencies

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, or Marketing
  • Excellent knowledge of English (both spoken and written). Additional languages such as Arabic or Hindi are an asset
  • Strong commercial management and negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical skills; proficient in MS Office 365 and BI/CRM tools (Salesforce, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)

Your Background

  • You bring a minimum of 5 years’ experience in international sales/export, ideally within the consumer goods, premium appliances, or lifestyle sectors.
  • You have successfully managed distributors, agents, and key accounts internationally.
  • Experience working in multicultural settings, especially in the Middle East, is a strong plus.
  • You understand the dynamics of selective retail and high-end markets.
  • You have a proven ability to drive sales growth and enhance brand visibility.
