La La Rambarde is offering a position within its sector for an experienced individual (90-100%). The position is in the mobile team, with a workload of 90 to 100%, starting from August 1st, in a permanent contract. As part of your role, you will be involved in complex situations at family homes, in contexts of children aged 0 to 18 years, and during accompanied meetings between children placed in our homes and their parents. These interventions take place throughout the canton of Vaud, with DGEJ, SCTP, TM X and family network partners. You must hold a diploma X or HES or equivalent, or a Swiss university degree in sociology (anthropology-ethnology) or equivalent. You have proven professional experience with families and/or in your field, and you master interview techniques. A postgraduate degree in systemic approach would be a real advantage. You have good writing skills and are dynamic, flexible, with strong resilience to stress and emergencies. You have a great capacity to work in a team, in pairs, and also autonomously. Minimum age is 30 years, with 5 years of experience in the field. Knowledge of the Vaud network is an asset. You will be required to travel regularly in any weather, and you must hold a driving license. We offer working conditions according to the collective bargaining agreement of the Vaud social sector, in a stimulating and pleasant work environment. Daytime hours are variable.
