Experienced Project Manager - Client Representative

A key role to lead complex and ambitious renovation projects

Your responsibilities

Attached to the renovation sector, you will ensure the complete management of large-scale projects, which may include densifications, major transformations, or demolitions and reconstructions. You will work on several operations simultaneously, at different stages of progress, from the early development phases, with great autonomy in monitoring, planning, and financial management. Your role consists of commissioning, supervising, and overseeing the consultants as well as the general and/or total contractors, ensuring the quality of services, respect for deadlines, and risk control. You coordinate the necessary procedures and exchanges with authorities and external and internal partners to secure the smooth progress of projects. You also ensure their administrative management in an environment where autonomy is key. Finally, you provide a structured vision on regulatory issues, integrating these aspects from the design phase and throughout the project execution.

Your profile

You have proven experience in managing large-scale renovation projects, with concrete exposure to the early development phases. Accustomed to working throughout the entire project lifecycle, you are comfortable both in design and in monitoring execution, including in contexts of general or total contracting. Your understanding of financial issues, the legal and regulatory framework, as well as constraints related to existing real estate assets, allows you to structure complex files, anticipate risks, and secure decisions. Versatile and possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, notably authorities and internal and external partners. With experience as a client representative, project owner, or project management assistant, you hold a higher education degree in architecture or engineering; additional training in real estate is an asset for this role.
