You will ensure the professional advice and follow-up of our clientele in French and Italian, both orally and in writing. You will ensure the professional management of processes requiring a detailed examination. You will handle complex cases escalated by the team. You will provide effective, timely, and competent advice to clients, partners, and colleagues. You will perform checks according to our system. You will make an important contribution to the development as well as the optimization of our processes and the system. You will collaborate on a cross-functional level on the processing of files.What you bringYou have several years of experience in occupational pension schemes. A federal diploma in social insurance or occupational pension schemes would be an asset. You know the market as well as the products of the second pillar. You master Italian and French; knowledge of German would be an asset. You have ease in writing. You are an autonomous, proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented personality.
