Mandated by one of our clients, a gourmet restaurant in the Vaud countryside, we are looking for:



Experienced Chef de Partie



-Mandatory hotel training (minimum 3 years)
-Mastery of cooking meats AND fish
-Knowledge of pastry is a plus
-Stock and order management
-Strong organisational skills
-Adherence to technical sheets
-Driving licence and own vehicle required - Rotating Chef de Partie
-Preparation, plating and service
-Preparation and service for restaurant, seminars and banquets
-Compliance with HACCP standards
-Team of 8 people
-Fixed-term contract for June, July and August
