This position requires strategic vision and governance to ensure high-quality execution of clinical studies, fostering collaboration across functions and driving patient-centric initiatives. The role demands a seasoned leader with extensive experience in clinical development, capable of navigating complex challenges while delivering on ambitious performance objectives. The role integrates and oversees 2 Delivery and Monitoring Sub-Units, Clinical Monitoring Excellence Lead, Site & Patient Support Excellence Center, Key Deliverables teams and DCT excellence center.Your skills and attributes:Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders across functions and cultures. High degree of cultural awareness with experience leading diverse, global teams. Deep understanding of clinical operations, monitoring practices, and ICH-GCP regulations. Ability to build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring seamless trial execution and alignment on objectives. Proficient in developing and executing clinical monitoring strategies, with expertise in managing both in-house operations and outsourced activities.
