Job Description
As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for all culinary activities across several points of sale as well as the banqueting department within an establishment renowned for the quality of its services and the exacting standards of its clientele. A true conductor of the kitchens, you will be the guarantor of the development of the culinary offer, the quality of execution, customer satisfaction, and the economic performance of your department. Leading your brigade, you will organise, supervise and unite your teams around a culture of excellence and self-improvement. As a proactive contributor, you will actively participate in the evolution of menus, the development of new concepts, and the implementation of distinctive culinary experiences in line with the establishment's identity. In regular contact with customers, partners and suppliers, you will directly contribute to the gastronomic reputation of the house while ensuring compliance with quality standards, H.A.C.C.P. norms, and optimising costs and margins.
Profile SoughtWith a solid initial training in cooking, your career has led you to hold the position of Executive Chef or Sous-Executive Chef for several years within high-end or luxury hotel establishments. Accustomed to working in demanding environments and managing significant volumes of activity, you master both the operational and financial aspects related to managing a kitchen department. Passionate about your profession, you have a genuine sensitivity for gastronomy, new culinary trends, and innovation. Recognised as a natural leader, you know how to develop your collaborators, create a positive dynamic within your teams and support them towards ambitious goals. Equipped with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, you are also comfortable with common IT tools as well as managing performance indicators. Fluency in French is essential, while a good knowledge of English will be a definite advantage for this role.
