The Intermunicipal School Association Yvonand and Surroundings (ASIYE) manages school infrastructures, school transport, supervised homework, and school canteens.
The Yvonand Menthue Network for Daycare of Children (RYMAJE) manages daycare facilities offering children a stimulating educational environment that promotes their development and well-being.
As part of the evolution and strengthening of our administrative organisation, we are looking for a:
Executive Assistant at 60%
Your mission
In direct collaboration with the General Director, you ensure the smooth administrative operation of the two associations and actively contribute to the monitoring of institutional activities and projects.
A trusted individual, you play a central coordinating role between various partners: municipalities, families, service providers, authorities, and internal teams.
Your main responsibilities
Ensure the general administrative management of the two associations
Manage correspondence, emails, calls, and requests from various interlocutors
Organise committee and commission meetings, draft minutes, and ensure follow-up on decisions
Support management in preparing files, presentations, reports, and dashboards
Ensure the administrative follow-up of ASIYE services, notably school transport, school exemptions, and the organisation of dental screening
Participate in the coordination and monitoring of various institutional projects
Update communication materials and websites
Carry out various administrative, statistical, and documentary follow-up tasks
Your profile
Commercial training (CFC commercial employee, additional training or equivalent qualification); the federal diploma of executive assistant is an asset
Proven experience in a versatile and autonomous administrative role
Experience in municipal administration, an intermunicipal association, or a parapublic environment: a significant asset.
Excellent writing and organisational skills
Proficiency in common office software
Sense of priorities, autonomy, and rigour
Good interpersonal skills and discretion
Strong interest in public service, childhood, and education
Driving licence and vehicle available for travel related to meetings organised in member municipalities
