Join our client, an SME in full expansion, based in Geneva and Vaud.About the roleIn this versatile role, you will play a central role in the organization and efficiency of our client. You will actively contribute to daily management, accounting, but also to the optimization of internal processes and coordination between the two sites, Geneva and Lausanne. You will be a support to management and teams in the dynamic environment of an SME.We offerA long-term position: A 12-month contract via Academic Work, with a permanent contract with our client as the end goal.A dynamic and versatile role: 2 days at the Geneva site and 3 days in Bussigny (inter-site travel covered).You actively participate in the internal development of a company that values autonomy and proactivity.TasksGeneral management: telephone, mail, emails, project management: optimization of internal and accounting processes with the implementation and monitoring of exchanges between the 2 sites.Financial monitoring: Financial management of projects, monitoring of offers, orders, and customer invoicing.HR & Onboarding support: Manage the arrival of new employees (registrations, leave, expense reports, support for management in the preparation of documents, events).We are looking forCommercial employee with experience in a similar function in an SME.Basic knowledge of accounting.Mastery of the MS Office suite and professional English.It is meritorious if you possessFederal diploma or certificate of management assistant.Knowledge of the Office Manager tool.Knowledge of labor law.To succeed in this function, your personal skills are as follows:Proactivity, autonomy, rigor, and ease of communication.Recruitment processThis recruitment process is managed by Academic Work and our client wishes that all questions concerning the position be addressed to Academic Work.
