To complement our staff of nearly 300 across 4 sites, we are looking for an: Executive Assistant Your responsibilities: - Support for the management, handling of mail and correspondence, and meeting organization; - Support for various company services with offers and client management; - Management of marketing, events, and projects; - Taking minutes for the Council; - Managing various projects.Required profile:- Proven experience in the role, complemented by a federal diploma as an Executive Assistant or a similar qualification; - Perfect command of the French language and excellent writing skills; - Very good knowledge of German is an asset; - Strong interest in marketing and communication; - Good command of common tools and social networks; - Reliable, autonomous, proactive individual who can take initiative; - High sense of confidentiality; - Availability to start immediately or by agreement.Main workplace: Yverdon-les-Bains jid04f371eaen jit0208aen jpiy26aen
