Your responsibilities

To support our Academic Dean and our Dean of Administration with their business processes.

 

Your main duties will include

• General support with organizational and administrative matters
• Organization of meetings, scheduling thereof, taking minutes and calendar management
• Reviewing incoming documents
• Organization of travel, workshops and events
• Conducting research
• Bookkeeping tasks
• Correspondence in German and English, document preparation
• Collaborate with all team members in relation to administrative and academic processes

 

Requirements

• Previous experience as EA on management level is a must 
• Further training as management assistant or EA, with federal FA
• Swiss nationality or holder of a valid Swiss work permit
• Self-starter, reliable and able to work independently
• Work in a precise, responsible and ethical manner 
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Experience in exchange with China - Chinese language skills are of advantage; however, it is not a must
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and AI tools (ChatGPT, etc)
