The Neuchâtel branch, ideally located in the city center, has 50 employees and brings together the services of property management, residential property ownership, brokerage, and accounting. For our Neuchâtel branch, we are looking for an Executive Assistant at 60%. Your main missions: Reporting directly to the agency director, you assist them daily and manage all the missions of the management team, as well as for the General Management, including meeting minutes and summaries, Writing letters and notes at the request of management, Creating presentations on PowerPoint, Managing emails and phone calls for General Management, Constituting and updating a database for property management offers and tenders, Organizing and following up on property management and residential property ownership actions, Maintaining and updating dashboards, Various tasks at the request of the agency: Managing agency logistics in cooperation with the headquarters in Geneva, Supervising general maintenance and upkeep of the premises, Overseeing reception and the receptionists in place, Supervising mail and logistical aspects related to the arrival and departure of various internal events and needs. Profile: You hold a commercial diploma or equivalent and have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position, You have excellent mastery of office tools (in a Windows environment: Word, Outlook) and particularly PowerPoint and Excel, Knowledge of Salesforce software would be an advantage, You have very strong writing skills and perfect spelling, You demonstrate excellent prioritization and time management skills, Discretion, versatility, flexibility, proactivity, and autonomy are also essential qualities for this position, Your sense of service and interpersonal skills will be highly appreciated, Knowledge of German and/or English is an asset.
