80% The Eben-Hézer (FEH) accompanies individuals with intellectual disabilities or the elderly and those losing autonomy. Founded by Sister Julie Hofmann, this private institution currently includes several establishments: Eben-Hézer Lausanne (Lausanne) and the Cité du Genévrier (Saint-Légier) host more than 500 young adults and adults with disabilities. The medical-social establishments of the Grand Age Pole (Vaud Riviera) accommodate over 300 elderly people and those losing autonomy, for long and short stays, as well as temporary care and support services. To support our Board of Directors, we are pleased to engage in management, 80%. Your Missions:- Assist the president of the Board of Directors in their mission to oversee the activities of the various bodies and in implementing their decisions.- Provide support for the smooth functioning of the Board of Directors (correspondence, meetings and minutes, accounting, archives, website).- Manage files/projects on behalf of the Board of Directors (notably, follow up on objectives of events).You are a professional, rigorous, and reliable, possessing proven skills in management and able to identify priorities. You are very comfortable with project follow-up and have a strong commitment to compliance with standards and risk management. Additionally, you have solid conceptual, analytical, and synthesis skills. You have a calm, dedicated, integral, and committed personality. Autonomously, you are also recognized for your ability to coordinate actions of many stakeholders tactfully and effectively. Appreciating contact and comfort in communication, you prioritize approaches and have a sensitivity to change management.Not only are you interested but also convinced by the institution's mission towards its beneficiaries, you possess a strong sensitivity to the concepts of service and reception. Finally, you demonstrate flexibility and are willing to work in our offices in Lausanne and on-site.This position is addressed to a person with an employee commercial diploma (CFC), ideally alongside a HES Bachelor or equivalent degree, and with experience as an executive assistant and/or in project management. A successful experience of at least 5 years in a support role to general management complements your background. An excellent command of common tools and the French language, both oral and written, as well as a driving license, are essential.
