About the Role

As a Data Analyst, you will streamline a complex Excel file dedicated to security analyses. You will transform a dense technical structure into an ergonomic and maintainable tool, accessible to non-expert users.

Tasks

The role consists of auditing, simplifying and documenting an Excel tool to make it autonomous, readable and easy to maintain by third parties.

• Analyse the structure and functioning of a complex Excel file
• Identify redundancies, errors and areas for improvement
• Redesign the tool to make it more intuitive and sustainable
• Optimise formulas, controls and data validations
• Implement alerts and mechanisms to facilitate use
• Document key elements directly in the file

We are looking for

• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, data validation, conditional formatting)
• Initial experience in optimising or redesigning Excel files
• Fluent French, spoken and written
