Event Project Manager (m/f) (100%) Present in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland, the Center is the company serving businesses and the private economy. Employing nearly 370, we offer a range of top-notch services: social insurances, occupational pension plans, legal and economic advice, targeted, continuous and higher management through our brand Romandie, we are strengthening our marketing service based in Paudex (VD). We are looking to start immediately for a duration of 6 to 9 months, a Responsibilities - Ensure the complete organization of the Center's events, coordinating planning with external and internal teams - Manage the full execution of events on the day (approximately 20 events per year, mostly self-managed) and handle the sending of email communications related to events, while respecting deadlines - Adapt visuals according to the needs of different events and/or update content related to the event activities on websites with our Community Manager (and other external partners) to ensure promotion of the events on social media - Monitor and analyze the performance of event actions, conduct surveys, and track the budgets allocated to events - Perform various tasks including updating and managing databases Your Profile - Minimum of 5 years of required experience in event project management in a B2B environment - Experience in event management, hospitality, or fluency in French, both oral and written - English level B2 desired; German is a plus - Occasional travel in French-speaking Switzerland (10% of the time, with seasonal activities) - Events are located near public transport, so it is not necessary to have a vehicle - Availability in the evenings is necessary, as several events take place until 10 PM - Proficiency in standard office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and an emailing tool (e.g., Mailchimp) - An autonomous, flexible, organized, stress-resistant, proactive person with good interpersonal skills We Offer - An exceptional working environment - Infrastructure available to employees (company restaurant, parking, changing rooms, flexible hours) - All of this in a motivating and varied professional environment For any additional information, please contact Mr. X at 058.
