Beschreibung
The READOM CMS is an innovative and specialised home rehabilitation programme, born from a partnership with the CHUV. The multidisciplinary team intervenes for an average of three weeks. It is composed of occupational therapists, nurses, ASSC, physiotherapists and health assistants. It collaborates with the client, their entourage and the care network.
To support our READOM team and the 9 CMS of our Association, we are looking for a
Occupational Therapist
80 - 100%
WORKPLACE
Your activity will be divided across the following sites:
- 40% at the READOM CMS, during predefined weeks
- Between 40% and 60% for the 9 CMS of APROMAD (depending on your workload)
YOUR MISSION
- Implement treatment responding to the needs of people affected by temporary or chronic disability
- Contribute to the optimal quality of interventions with clients
- Collaborate with team members and the network for a comprehensive client care

YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience, ideally in home care
- Experience in rehabilitation is an asset
- Sense of responsibility and autonomy
- Excellent listening skills
- Good adaptability and flexibility
- Comfortable with IT tools
- Driving licence
