Our architecture firm, based in Lonay and composed of around twenty collaborators, supports its clients through all project phases according to SIA standards.

As part of strengthening our team, we are looking for a /-e EPFL or HES architect project manager (or equivalent title) 80-100%, with solid experience in project development and building permit procedures.

Your role:

• Conduct feasibility studies
• Project development from the feasibility study stage;
• Research of design options and development of architectural concepts;
• Collaboration with specialised professionals and public authorities;
• Preparation of plans at the required scale for permit applications;
• Preparation of enquiry dossiers and monitoring of procedures;
• Development and design of construction details;
• Compilation of material specifications.

Your profile:

• Degree in architecture from EPFL or HES (or equivalent);
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Switzerland;
• Good command of Archicad software;
• Knowledge of BIM: an asset;
• Good understanding of municipal and cantonal regulations and their application;
• Ability to work independently while fostering team spirit;
• Stress resistance and strong sense of priorities.
