• University degree in environmental sciences, geology or a similar discipline
• Several years of professional experience in the field of water protection, ideally in a public administration
• Committed and communicative personality, ability to persuade, team spirit and initiative
• Ability to handle a heavy workload, perseverance, interest in strategy development and writing skills
• Good active knowledge of at least one other official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third
