Itinerant Specialized TeacherRecognized as a center of expertise within the framework of the Law on Specialized Pedagogy, the CPHV promotes the inclusion of people with visual impairments in French-speaking Switzerland. It is part of the Asile des aveugles, founded in Lausanne, which brings together the Jules-Gonin Ophthalmic Hospital in Lausanne, the social and low vision service, the vision science research center, and the EMS Clair-Soleil in Ecublens, a medico-social establishment specially equipped for seniors. Professionals mobilize every day in the service of visual health to offer diagnostic, treatment, and support solutions to people in their daily lives. To complete our team, we are looking for a Specialized Teacher for the support of students with visual impairments within the CPHV school for the school year (Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday).Your mission- Support students with visual impairments (and associated disorders) in their learning.- Imagine, adapt, and propose structured teaching activities in connection with the specific needs of each student.- Develop individualized pedagogical projects for students.- Support and motivate students to develop their autonomy.- Contextualize learning to give it meaning and promote its transfer.- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and facilitate meetings with parents and partners.- Collaborate in classroom management with various stakeholders.Profile- Degree in specialized teaching (planned, acquired, or in progress).- Mastery of computer tools in order to offer accessible materials to students, as well as manage the administrative part of the position.- Flexibility and good organizational skills.- Sense of responsibility and ability to integrate into a team.- Pleasure in collaborating in an interdisciplinary team.- Professional ethics.- Language: French.- Be domiciled in Swiss territory.We offer you- A dynamic, rich, and varied work environment.- The possibility to build, develop, and invest in projects and activities.- Rate of activity: between 40% and 60%.- Contract type: fixed-term for 1 year.- Start date: August 1st.- Place of work: CPHV, Lausanne.- Salary: according to the social CCT. jidea558b3aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
