Description
You support pilot plant operations and local investment projects, covering feasibility studies, project execution and commissioning in a process engineering environment.
Tasks
- Prepare high-level feasibility studies for new process and product ideas
- Prepare detailed project proposals and budget requests with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead and execute projects on site, ending in successful commissioning and handover
- Assist technicians and operators with troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Improve asset intensity of pilot plant and production facilities through data analysis
- Develop sustainable solutions to support net zero goals
- Support exploration and industrialization of new technologies and products
Profile
- Engineering degree, preferably process or mechanical engineering
- Experience in process engineering and food industry including hygienic requirements is an advantage
- Fluent English (B2 or better); German is an advantage
- Strong networking and communication skills
- End-to-end project mindset with clear scope and documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills, willing to work in the field
- Full commitment to compliance in legal, safety, quality and finance matters
