Our client is a rapidly growing Swiss engineering company, specialising in the design of precision equipment for industries where technical rigour is an absolute requirement. As part of the development of its industrial vision capabilities, it is recruiting a rare and comprehensive profile in:
Engineering & Embedded Systems
- 3 to 7 years of experience in versatile or systems-oriented software development (full-stack + embedded)
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript / JavaScript and ideally C/C++
- Practical experience in computer vision (OpenCV, PyTorch or TensorFlow)
- Ability to architect, not just code: you think structure, quality and ownership
- True autonomy and ease in a multidisciplinary environment (mechanical, electronic, firmware)

- Industrial vision systems from A to Z: cameras, lighting, optics, image processing and AI inspection algorithms
- Complete web applications (frontend + backend) for machine control and supervision
- Embedded software deployed on Linux in real industrial environments
- AI/ML models applied to defect detection, classification and measurement
- The overall software architecture: processes, CI/CD, code review, you lay the foundations
