Job Title: Engagement Manager, Personal Lines Analytics & AI Engagement: Full-time Location: Hybrid from Tower Hill, London, United Kingdom (4 days a week in the office) Languages: English fluent Start date: ASAP Duration: 6-12 months Contract to Perm Skills needed: 10+ years in analytics, data science or AI, Strong insurance domain experience, Proven track record of taking ML and AI solutions from concept into production Classical ML (GBMs, classification, propensity, time series, explainability) GenAI and LLMs (RAG, document intelligence, copilots, summarisation, prompt and evaluation design) Agentic AI frameworks (e.g. LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) and tool orchestration MLOps / LLMOps (MLflow, CI/CD, monitoring, deployment patterns such as blue-green and canary) Cloud and data platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP; Databricks, Snowflake); Python, SQL, PySpark
