For our Geneva agency, energy services, we are looking for a: Construction Manager in Energy Your missions Your goal is to ensure the technical and financial management of energy works, in occupied sites (buildings and commercial properties), while ensuring compliance with current standards, respect for deadlines, budget, and safety. Phase and analysis of energy and thermal audits. Preliminary technical visits to technical areas (roofs, facades, technical ducts, networks, etc.) and coordination with owners and concierges. Monitoring of the site for the proper execution of works according to execution plans and current standards. Quality monitoring and respect for energy performance. Writing and dissemination of site reports, preliminary receptions, and resolving technical and financial reserves: Monitoring of the financial dashboard of the site (forecast vs. definitive general account). Profile of the desired person: You have at least 5 years of similar experience within a general contracting company or a real estate management firm. You have a good knowledge of laws and standards: SIA / Len / Ren. Knowledge of the LDTR is an asset. You have solid project management experience, with the ability to plan, organize, and effectively manage energy projects. Your excellent written and oral communication skills will allow you to interact effectively with clients, subcontractors, architects, and other parties.
