The Municipality of Montreux is advertising a position for:
Main tasks:
- Plan, coordinate and manage energy renovation projects of municipal buildings, from study to completion
- Define and implement energy refurbishment strategies adapted to technical, environmental and financial challenges
- Prepare requests for study and implementation credits and support decision-making processes
- Develop specifications and manage external contractors
- Organise and conduct tender procedures in accordance with current regulations
- Analyse received offers and establish criteria as well as evaluation grids
- Ensure technical, financial and administrative monitoring of construction sites
- Produce reports and guarantee regular communication with stakeholders
Desired profile:
- Degree in architecture, HES engineer, ES technician or equivalent training
- 5 years of experience in building renovation project management and site supervision
- Experience in energy renovation of buildings is an asset
- Ability to manage public projects (tenders, specifications, contractor monitoring)
- Knowledge of Swiss energy standards (CECB, MoPEC) and interest in energy issues
- Knowledge of public procurement, an asset
- Analytical and coordination skills
- Sense of organisation and responsibility
