Employee Services Advertising and User Market (100%, Job Sharing Possible)
Your tasks:
- Customer service for the advertising market via telephone, e-mail and other channels
- Preparation of offers & support for field staff
- Operational daily business subscription service (telephone mailbox, changes in the subscription system)
- Outbound telephone (retention calls, telemarketing)
Your skills:
- Completed commercial basic training & very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
- Several years of professional experience in sales & customer service
- High personal responsibility, reliability and independent working style
- Strong service awareness and customer orientation
- French language skills are an advantage
