What you will achieve

• You will take on professional leadership tasks and supervise a manageable number of employees
• You will perform simple management tasks in the production system and have comprehensive knowledge of the products
• You will independently carry out manual specialist tasks and be deployed as a floater in the production area
• You will operate machines and equipment, set them up, and carry out maintenance and preparatory work
• You will produce semi-finished and finished products in the charcuterie production
• You will ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations and live the values of the Migros Group in everyday work
• You will work flexibly and reliably, even with irregular working hours or shift work

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: (e.g. meat specialist or food technologist)
• Professional experience: You bring practical experience in meat processing and knowledge of processes and workflows in production. You are physically fit and ready to work in demanding environments (noise, cold, draught)
• You are open to change and enjoy working in a team
• You are familiar with machine and equipment operation and have a good understanding of hygiene and safety regulations
• You are willing to take responsibility and apply your coordination skills
• You show commitment and are motivated to contribute in a versatile and demanding work area
• German (B1)
