You enjoy implementing new ideas and actively supporting the development of meat products? In this role, you are part of a dedicated team that creates new items, optimizes processes, and collaborates closely with various partners. With your know-how and experience, you contribute to advancing quality.Processing of approved product orders for new items and implementing them from the idea to the first delivery. Participation and leadership of partial projects such as machine introductions and testing of new raw materials (VT projects). Clarification and procurement of materials (films, cartons, labels). Accompanying the development phase including HACCP clarification, quality assurance release, and production support during the first three production runs. SAP entry and scheduling of item openings in collaboration with internal and external interfaces (sales, quality assurance, procurement).You bring the following qualifications:Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) in the field of butcher or chef.Work experience: 3-5 years of experience in the meat industry.Further education as a meat technician, meat technologist, or a degree in meat/food science.Very good knowledge of SAP and Office 365 programs.Strong team spirit and openness to change.Experience in leading and participating in projects and processes.Ability to consistently adhere to legal and specific guidelines as well as occupational safety regulations.German (negotiable proficiency).French (advantageous).Contact:Mr. Fabio WehrliHR Recruiting and Sourcing SpecialistNo suitable positions?
