OVERALL PURPOSE

The key objective of the role is to input payments and make investigations linked to payments activities. The individual will fully support the Family Office teams in ensuring payments are duly executed.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

The role involves close and regular interaction with all member of the Family Office team as well as external business contacts such as banks across the world. This role is part of the Payment Support team within our Group Operations department, reporting to the Senior Payment Support Officer in Neuchâtel, Switzerland.

PRINCIPAL ELEMENTS & ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Responsible for the daily payments’ transactions processing either by SWIFT or Fax/Letter
  • Ensuring all payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner, complying with all Standard Operation Procedures
  • Handle all duties related to payments
  • Perform all other support duties as may be required from time to time

PERSONS SPECIFICATIONS

  • Diplôme de l’Ecole de Commerce, Maturité commerciale/gymnasiale, CFC d’employé de commerce or equivalent
  • Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in monetary payments processing at a bank or similar institution
  • English at business level (B2-C1)
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel)
