Commercial Employee at 50%Who are we?At CARTI Construction SA, we build villas and develop real estate projects in French-speaking Switzerland, with construction sites in the canton of Vaud and Valais. A small team, concrete projects, and a real passion for the profession: this is what drives us every day.To accompany us, we are looking for a Commercial Employee at 50% ready to join the team.Your daily role- Telephone reception and management of the switchboard.- Administrative monitoring of construction sites: filing, purchase orders, minutes.- Processing of invoices.- Drafting of correspondence to clients (handover of keys, amendments, etc.).- Scheduling of appointments and meetings.What we are looking for- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in commerce or equivalent.- Excellent command of French, both written and spoken.- Comfortable with Word, Excel, and, ideally, management software.- Organized, rigorous, and with a real sense of detail.- Autonomous, discreet, and a good team spirit.- Experience in construction or real estate?
