To strengthen the Emergency department, the HIB nursing management is looking for a:Specialized Clinical Nurse in Emergency Services at 80% to 100%Your mission- Practice clinically part-time directly with patients and analyze complex care situations and propose necessary actions- Manage institutional clinical projects under the supervision of the clinical manager- Promote evidence-based data in the clinic for the benefit of quality, safety, and efficiency of care- Ensure supportive and empowering clinical supervision for members of the nursing team- Contribute to the development of team skills, the organization of the service, and accompany change- Define and monitor clinical performance indicators for nursing care- Participate in the implementation of institutional policy- Stimulate reflection on future projects and innovation in careYou possess a Master's degree in Nursing Sciences and, ideally, a specialization in emergency care; as well as 5 years of experience in the field of hospital care. Proactive, your technical skills allow you to offer quality care. Endowed with a good sense of organization, you have a marked interest in the quality of care and multidisciplinary collaboration. You demonstrate interpersonal skills, real clinical leadership, and autonomy.
