As part of strengthening the industrial activities of my client, we are looking for an EDM Programmer-Setter. Capable of structuring, supporting, and evolving the machining environment by taking full responsibility for electrical discharge machining operations on state-of-the-art equipment. Main activities: Technical expertise - EDM, and complete commissioning of machines and parameters with mastery of Agie Charmilles technologies. Production monitoring and continuous rigour in quality control, use of SPC tools. Proposal of adapted technical solutions, proactive in continuous improvement. Autonomy & Responsibility to work entirely independently, from programming to finished parts. Solution-oriented approach, strong understanding of quality issues. Complete mastery of EDM work with high precision requirements & advanced skills or very good level desired in CAD/CAM, ideally in GibbsCAM / profile: · CFC precision mechanic / polymechanic or equivalent. · Confirmed experience in sinking electro-erosion (EDM), ideally 5 years or more. · Very good adjustment capabilities and technical analysis. · Rigor, autonomy, acute sense of detail and quality workmanship. · Experience in high-demand sectors such as watchmaking, medical, micromechanics.
