Technical Electrical Manager - Romandy Region Work location: Geneva or Lausanne with travel in the Romandy region Activity rate: 100% Start: March At ISS, we all call ourselves Placemakers. Your tasks: - Act as a link between the Electrical Manager of Switzerland and the Electrical field (art. 15 of the OIBT) within your regional area of responsibility - Serve as the main point of contact for local electricity supply stakeholders and legal supervision bodies (e.g., Electrosuisse, etc.) within your regional area of responsibility - Support the building manager in inspecting the quality of electrical work carried out by third-party service providers - Monitor periodic checks of electrical installations on client sites in accordance with legal requirements (as per established periodicities) - Ensure the delivery of mandatory safety reports and implement various measures following inspections conducted (e.g., inspection reports from Electrosuisse, etc.) on sites and thermographic measurements on electrical installations - Maintain records related to your function, including lists of electrical service providers in accordance with the electrical safety concept - Contribute to specific maintenance projects - Ensure compliance with ISS Switzerland's maintenance standards in various units as well as adherence to contractually agreed processes for each electrical service provider at the level of standards, regulations, safety, first aid, and interventions as outlined in the educational sessions for the electrical field according to chapter 05 of ISS's electrical safety concept Your profile: - Holder of a federal diploma in the electrical field (Electrical Safety Advisor, Electrical Safety Project Manager) - continuous training in the electrical field (Federal Master) - additional training in business management (Federal Certificate Specialist in SME Management) - at least 10 years of proven experience in the electrical field - Excellent project management skills - Previous experience and strong inclination for fluency in oral and written French (minimum C1 level) - Good knowledge of English and/or German, oral and written (minimum B1 level) - Very good command of standard tools (MS Office) and industry-specific software (NIBT) - Mastery of current technical rules, directives, and laws in electro-technical fields and the Swiss market - Good communicator, responsible, and client-oriented - Excellent ability to work in a team and establish a key contacts network (internal and external) Ready to join us?
