Description
You act as a quality engineer for gas-insulated switchgear equipment, leading root cause analysis and customer complaint resolution in electrical power systems.
Tasks
- Lead root cause analysis in GIS quality cases
- Drive quality cases affecting multiple customers
- Own internal and external customer complaints and ensure fast, sustainable solutions
- Manage projects for bigger quality cases and drive improvements
- Prepare and present reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Run sustainable improvement projects to prevent recurring quality issues
- Support or lead on-site investigations and prepare method statements
Profile
- 5 years of experience in electrical power systems with O&M of T&D systems
- Background in quality function or project management in gas-insulated switchgear
- Profound understanding of electrical systems and electrical equipment
- Experience in commissioning T&D systems is a plus
- Fluent English required; German and other languages are a plus
- Experience in quality or project management is a plus
- Good communication and cultural sensitivity
