As part of the development of swisspro SR and the establishment of our new electrical panel site in Montreux, we offer a position of electrical panel manager (all types). You manage daily operations and are responsible for the smooth progress from A to Z!Your area of activity:- Ensure the concept and internal and client tenders.- Organize daily work (planning, ordering, priorities, interventions, emergency management).- Supervise a team of cable installers: field support, technical assistance, task allocation.- Participate if necessary in the assembly and wiring of complex files.- Ensure a good understanding of diagrams and specifications.- Monitor the quality of processes and report on the progress of projects and alert in case of deviations (deadlines, quality, workload).- Ensure the link with the design office and resolve issues while respecting safety regulations and best practices.- Be proactive in improving productivity and working conditions.Your expertise:- A background in industrial electricity or equivalent with several years of experience.- Ground-level experience with a solid understanding of wiring electrical panels.- Experience in public or private tender estimations.- Comfortable reading diagrams and following processes with experience in team management and capable of supervising a team with a process and solution-oriented approach.- Possessing a sense of responsibility and commitment to quality work.- Proficient in spoken and written French.- Possession of a driving license B.This position is in the Geneva panel department, under the responsibility of the department manager, with a deadline of April 30.We add the addition “(all)” to our job postings because the BKW group culture includes all individuals.
