In anticipation of a retirement, CGN wishes to enhance its team and is actively looking for a: Electrical Foreman - Permanent full-time YOUR MISSIONS: - Supervise and oversee the team, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance of work; - Plan, coordinate, and manage activities; - Ensure the execution of work by monitoring resources and timelines; - Ensure maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems and our existing infrastructures; - Participate in and follow up on major construction and renovation projects; - Assume any other tasks related to electricity. YOUR PROFILE: - Federal certificate as an electrician/project manager in electrical engineering and safety; - Aiming to obtain the X expert certificate in electrical engineering and safety (master's level); - Experience in a similar position in Switzerland; - Experience in the industrial sector desired; - Basic knowledge of programming languages; - Proficiency in MS Office tools; - Leadership and exemplary behavior with a sense of responsibility; - German and English language skills at level B1 desired.
