Your responsibilities:

In this technical and demanding role, you will be responsible for:

• Reading and interpreting plans, sequences, and manufacturing instructions
• Preparing, installing, and adjusting wire electrical discharge machines
• Programming technological parameters according to the specifications of the parts
• Monitoring the progress of operations and intervening in case of deviations
• Performing intermediate and final quality checks
• Carrying out first-level maintenance (cleaning, changing consumables, etc.)
• Documenting your activity (production data, incidents, technical reports)
• Participating in the continuous improvement of processes and working methods

Your profile:

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a polymechanic or equivalent technical diploma
• Proven experience in high-precision machining (electrical discharge)
• Proficiency in ERP and CAM software
• Autonomy, rigour, and a strong sense of quality
• Good team spirit and effective communication
• Solution-oriented and committed to continuous improvement
