Your responsibilities:

In this technical and demanding role, you will be specifically responsible for:

• Reading and interpreting plans, process sheets and manufacturing instructions
• Preparing, installing and adjusting wire electrical discharge machines
• Programming technological parameters according to the specifications of the parts
• Monitoring the progress of operations and intervening in case of deviation
• Carrying out intermediate and final quality checks
• Performing first-level maintenance (cleaning, changing consumables, etc.)
• Documenting your activity (production data, incidents, technical reports)
• Participating in the continuous improvement of processes and working methods

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma as a polymechanic or equivalent technical qualification
• Proven experience in high-precision machining (electrical discharge)
• Proficiency in ERP and CAM software
• Autonomy, rigour and a keen sense of quality
• Good team spirit and effective communication
• Solution-oriented and committed to continuous improvement
